The test is of two hours duration and consists of 100 objective-type questions with multiple choice answers. The questions relate to various law subjects, including Constitutional Law of India, Jurisprudence, Law of Contracts, and more. Each question carries four marks, with four marks awarded for every correct answer and one mark deducted for every incorrect answer. No mark is awarded or deducted for a question left unanswered. The language of the test is English. To be eligible for the test, candidates must have a Three year/Five year LL.B. JNU MBA admission is based on the CAT score, conducted by IIMs. It also accepts CUET-PG scores for admission to MA, MSc, MCA, MPH, MTech, Post Graduate Diploma, and Advanced Diploma courses. Banaras Hindu University admission to the UG courses is based on valid CUET-UG scores. Apart from this, the university also accepts CUET PG entrance test scores for admission to various postgraduate courses such as MA, MSc, MCA, M.Lib.I.Sc., M.P.Ed., MFA and LLM, among others. The University also accepts CAT for admission to MBA and MBA in International Business courses.For DU, The applicant must pass the 12th standard from a recognised board and school. There are no age restrictions in place for CUET or DU admission process. Students with a one-year gap after the 12th are also eligible to apply.
