Faculty of Liberal Arts MIT WPU Kothrud Pune Answered Questions

Applicants are selected UGC NET, CSIR NET, GATE, CEED score for PhD admission. Candidates who have not qualified any of the entrance exam need to appear for MIT WPU PhD Entrance Test. Selected candidates are further called for a personal interview round. Besides, aspirants also need to complete one-year master’s degree programme after a four-year bachelor’s degree programme or a two-year master’s degree programme after a 3-year bachelor’s degree programme with at least 55% aggregate to get admission in PhD.

Candidates need to apply online on the official website of MIT WPU.  Admission for Faculty of Liberal Arts courses is both merit and entrance-based. Applicants are selected based on their merit in the last qualifying exam for BA courses. For admission programme MA programme, WPU CET and/ or PI scores will be considered.

Candidates are first required to apply for their preferred programme. The selection for Faculty of Liberal Arts is merit-based for BA programme. For MA programme, WPU CET and/ or PI round is considered for admission. Aspirants who have a valid UGC NET, CSIR NET, GATE, CEED are exempted from MIT WPU PhD Entrance Test. Selected candidates need to confirm their admission by paying a course fee.

Candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 to register for a course. Aspirants can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes. Aspirants must keep the fee payment slip with them for any reference at the time of admission.
