You should first understand what CGPA is.It is the cumulative grade point average. Actually, it is determined for each credit. For example, if a subject is designed for three credits, then CGPA is just a grade point per credit. Well, grade point is something you should be aware of for various grades, Example=90%-100%score=10 grade pointsA+ = 80%-90% = 9 grade pointsA score of 70%-80% equals 8 grade points.B+ = 60%-70% = 7 grade points And so on.Because each subject is planned for some credits that may differ,Some are designed to be three credits, four credits, two credits, and so on.So, when computing Cgpa, we must find each one individually and add them up.As an example, suppose the total number of credits in the course is 25.Then We must find grade points when calculating CGPA.

The campus provides a nourishing environment for indulging in creative activities in literature and arts along with their highly demanding engineering and management education. The cultural and technical fests are the exciting part of life at FISAT.Same as all self financing colleges in Kerala.high importance for mugging up syllabus, less sports, and no serious placements other than IT service companies…. Less importance for practical application of what we study.Less extracurricular activities like quizzes or hackathon because you won't be able to complete attendance criteria…. basically everything u need to hate engineeringFederal Institute of Science And Technology is one of the prominent self financing colleges in India. FISAT is accredited with NAAC A certificate. FISAT gives equal importance to your studies and extracurricular activities. This institution offers you a better learning atmosphere without stressing you unlike other major self financing colleges in Kerala.

Federal Institute of Science and Technology, is a prominent engineering college located in Kerala, India. The application process for international students may have changed since then, so I recommend visiting the official FISAT website or contacting their admissions office directly to get the most up-to-date and accurate information. However, I can provide a general outline of the typical steps involved in applying to an Indian educational institution like FISAT as an international student:Research the Programs: Start by exploring the various courses and programs offered by FISAT to determine which one aligns with your academic interests and career goals.Check Eligibility: Review the eligibility criteria for international students, including academic requirements, language proficiency (English), and any other specific requirements.Obtain Necessary Documents: Gather all the necessary documents for the application process. This may include academic transcripts, certificates, letters of recommendation, passport copies, English language proficiency test scores (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL), and a statement of purpose.Application Form: Fill out the online application form on FISAT's official website or through any other application portal specified by the college.Application Fee: Pay the required application fee, if applicable.Entrance Exams (if required): Some courses or programs may have specific entrance exams that international students need to take. Check if the course you're applying for requires any additional exams and prepare accordingly.Submit Application: Submit your completed application along with all the required documents before the specified deadline.Await Decision: After submitting your application, wait for the college to review your materials and make an admission decision.Admission Letter and Visa: If you are accepted, you will receive an admission letter from FISAT. You will need this letter to apply for a student visa (often referred to as an "X visa") at the Indian embassy or consulate in your home country.Visa Processing: Apply for the student visa, providing all necessary documentation as required by the Indian authorities.Travel and Enrollment: Once you obtain the student visa, you can make travel arrangements to India. Upon arrival, complete any necessary enrollment procedures at FISAT.

FISAT has always aimed for and is committed to achieving excellence. The same may be stated for the hostel facilities at the university. FISAT provides housing for 1200 students on campus that is both affordable and of excellent quality. The infrastructure is modern, and the setting is conducive to learning and recreational activities. As a result of the rigorous design and excellent implementation, students will have more personal space. The ambiance is calm, serene, and secure, having a homey feel about it. There are two blocks in both the boys and girls hostels.Being close to the city benefits students since it allows them more flexibility and freedom to meet their needs. Because we believe in the phrase "Healthy minds reside in healthy bodies, " students are encouraged to use the fitness centre and sports facilities given in the College and hostel blocks. The male hostel has a capacity of 600 people, while the female hostel has a capacity of 600 people. A cutting-edge fitness centre is open to both boys and girls.Modern amenities are available in the kitchens and mess halls. The hostel has a strict hygiene policy and disposes of garbage using biogas and waste water treatment technology. A trained psychologist is also on hand on campus to ensure the well being of the hostel residents' well-being. Students can grow and learn in a pleasant and stress-free environment thanks to alert wardens and robust security systems.
