75% is a bit low. Gargi is one of the top south campus colleges. The cut of goes high. If your daughter belongs to your (general) category, it is nearly impossible to secure admission in Gargi college with only 75% in 10+2.

There is a proper procedure for that. First, you have to fill the withdrawal form and then you will a get a provisional slip. With that slip, you have to go to the next desired college for admission.
