During the academic session 2020-21, the college received an overwhelming response from over 300 companies for internship opportunities. Placements: As a student of third at Gargi college I can say that, The percentage of students placed in my course is 60% and most of the students opt for higher studies. The highest package is 10 LPA, Average Package is 4 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are ITC, Hindustan Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, P&G, cipla etc. Top roles offered for my job are Research Scientist, Quality control analyst and Product chemist.
Infrastructure: The college has very beautiful and well maintained infrastructure. Library, classrooms and hostels has Wi-Fi facility. The labs are well-equipped with modern equipments. The library has a large collection of books and journals and the staff was always very helpful in proving assistance. The hostel facilities are very good for students. Hostels are spacious and very well furnished. Hostel have great mess and college has good canteen for food. College and hostel both have medical facility. We have...
Placements: In our college, almost 60% of students are placed. Top recruiting companies do not visit our campus. Many students get internships in personal development-related companies. Top roles offered are historian, archaeologist, and professor.
Infrastructure: The library is good. Wi-Fi is not available. Labs are well-equipped. Classrooms are not good. The hostel facility is not available. The quality of the food is good. Sports and games are available.
Placements: Placements were good. Many top recruiting companies visited our college for recruitment. The minimum salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 5 LPA. Almost 80-90% of students got placed in this course.
Infrastructure: This college was established more than 100 years ago. The infrastructure was average. Classrooms were small and old. Fans in our classrooms were old. Our campus was not Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms were not air-conditioned.
Placements: Around 20-25% of students got placed with good salary packages. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Wipro and PWC are top recruiting companies. Around 10% of students went for research.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. We have labs, Wi-Fi, medical facilities, games, sports, and well-furnished classrooms. Classrooms are not air-conditioned. There is no hostel in our college. The food served in the canteen is good at affordable prices...
Placements: Around 47 students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is more than 1 LPA. The top role offered is a teacher. After completing this course, we can join the defense force line.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in labs. We have a physics lab, a chemistry lab, a zoology lab, a botany lab, etc. Our college has many classrooms, staff rooms, and offices. The library has many facilities. Our canteen provides a variety of food items.
Placements: In my class, there were 70 students. There is not much placement for Hindi department so apparently nobody got placed after doing Bachelors in Hindi hons. There were some small placements but unfortunate there is no big placement for Bachelor students with arts stream.
