I chose GIBS Business School over other institutions because it offers a unique combination of academic excellence, practical exposure, and holistic development. The industrial interfacing curriculum, supported by the IRE School, business mentoring sessions, and regular corporate workshops, provides an experience beyond textbooks. What attracted me to GIBS over others is strong placement support, innovative teaching methodologies, and a vibrant campus environment that encourages leadership, creativity, and personal growth. Compared with other colleges, GIBS seemed to be the right place where I could develop professionally and personally.

According to the eligibility criteria for admission into the PGDM and MBA programs at GIBS Business School, a candidate needs to have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50% marks, although there may be a slight relaxation for applicants in the reserved category. Students in their final year are also eligible. They must have a valid score in entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, ATMA, or any other state entrance test approved by the relevant authority. There is no requirement that these applicants must have work experience; however, GIBS attaches extra importance to candidates who have professional experience or additional qualification. All applicants are further screened through a selection process comprising GD and PI rounds to assess their aptitude and suitability for the program.
