Persons interested in getting admission to the Government College of Engineering, Karad, should fulfil certain conditions The minimum qualification required for admission is a 12th standard pass with the desired percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. The candidates also have to meet the cut-off criteria of MHT CET or JEE Main. Later, they need to apply for CAP-MHT-CET or CAP-CSAB in case they belong to any other state. From the performance as seen from the examinations, they will be arranged for a seat and will have to go through document check and admission fees as well.

Yes, indeed Government College of Engineering or GCE Karad is one of the good colleges for engineering studies. Quality of existing course: The college provides good academic streams, well-experienced teaching staff and better infrastructural facilities. It is located below Shivaji University, Kolhapur and provides various undergraduate and post graduate courses. In the employment sector, GCE Karad has pulled through in providing placement to many of their students to companies such as TCS and Wipro. Also, as government institutions, they make their education relatively cheap while at the same time, offering quality education.

Interested candidates who want to pursue their Courses at the Government College of Engineering, Karad must follow the following admission procedures Minimum eligibility criteria include the candidate must have passed 12th standard with the required percentage of marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and Biology. They have to write MHT-CET or JEE Main after that They must appear for MHT-CET or JEE Main. After that, they can apply through CAP for Maharastra residents or through CSAB for candidates from another state. The next procedure is counselling, seat allotment and document verification along with fee payment for confirmation of admission.
