Criterias for admissions for Aeronauticle engineering are different as compared with admissions for aircraft maintenance engineer. Even though your main question talks of admission in aerospace engineering but in detail you are asking about aircraft maintenance engineering. Your brother can definitely seek admission for course in AME since it is based on the marks obtained in 12th with PCM as the subjects but for getting admission into a degree course of aerospace or aeronautical engineering your brother will need to appear for one or the other entrance exams for admission to engineering colleges. For the admissions in LPU, in aeronautical engineering, the mess fee is INR 30,500/-
The hostel fee is INR 46500/- cooler 4 seater and INR 56500/- air-conditioned 4 seater
INR 36500/- cooler 5 seater and INR 46500/- air-conditioned 5 seater
INR 56500 3 seater cooler and INR 66500/- air-conditioned 3 seater
For semester fee, it is INR 94500/- per semester, but for you after scholarship, INR 40000 per semester. Kindly note that the hostel and mess fee mentioned above are per year.

You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htmandgototheclass2nd examiners tab to find out doctors who will examine you for initial fitness. You can visit any doctorate from the list as per your convenience. Once you are done with Class 2nd medical, find out a suitable flying club for you as per your convenience. Here, 1-5 are conducted by DGCA and 6 is conducted by WPC. Prepare for these subjects and appear, as exams are conducted every quarterly. You will fly for 200Hrs + Clear DGCA and WPC exams + Clear Class 1st medical, then you shall get your CPL. The next license is ATPL, which you shall be able to apply for once. Hi, for joining ISRO in Hindustan Aviation Academy you have to passed in 12th class with mandatory subjects physics, mathematics, chemistry.
Candidate must have secured aggregate 80% in mandatory subjects. Diploma students and students from Open School are not eligible. Regards.
