Yes. You can apply for PGDM with this score. You'll have to give a MP and personal interview, and after that, the combined marks of academics, entrance exam, MP and PI are taken and candidates are selected.

The college is good for PGDM. Faculty is good experience and knowledge wise and available on campus for any help. Placements are also good.
