7 years ago I passed my 12th but failed in maths. Will I face any difficulty at the time of admission in IHM, Pusa or Mumbai if I crack NCHMCT?

Hi,
The minimum eligibility criteria is that the candidate should have passed 12th from a recognised board.
Since, you have failed in mathematics you will not be eligible for admission even if you crack NCHMCT.

IHM, Mumbai is one of the best options available try and get your rank under the minimum rank required for getting into IHM as passing out from IHM is a totally different thing.
