No. Most probably no it wont be possible since the cutoff for 4 year B.Tech in IT is around the rank of 8-10k only.

@sachn41664, the JEE MAINS admission process is really simple. For getting into IITs , JEE MAINS will serve as an eligibility examination clearing which you will be eligible to write the ADVANCED paper and after that all that matters is your JEE-ADVANCED score and rank. Whereas, for getting admission into NITs , IIITs and other centrally and state funded institutions, your JEE MAINS score and class XII BOARD results matter. Your final score will be prepared by combining your MAINS score and Boards marks. 60% weightage of the MAINS score will be taken and remaining 40% weightage will come from your normalised Boards score. For knowing more about normalisation process you can check on the official site. Then based on your final normalised score your ranks will be decided. Then in the counseling process you will be allotted colleges based on your filled preferences ,your rank & cutoff ranks of the colleges.

If you are General or OBC, No it wont be possible. If you are lucky enough then one of the dual degree courses maybe. But the chances of that are also very slim. However for SC/ST yes it is very likely to get through with these scores.
