Get a good grip of your engineering branch, that will do wonders for you.SVNIT has good sporting facilities. If you are passionate about tennis or badminton, you are in for a treat. World class badminton and tennis courts await you but their maintenance is altogether another issue by itself.The new found freedom can be hard to handle, so indulge yourself in myriad activities. Meetyourseniors and maintain dignified relations with them. Enjoy the peacocks frolicking in the campus.You can feel homesick like many others do. Talk to your friends. Form an amazing friend circle. You will surely stick to them till and beyond your stay at SVNIT. If you turn out to be as lucky as I was yo u can befriend some amazing Afghans. I was lucky to have made good friends.And do not take to smoking or drinking. It is only logical as it destroys your innards. Handle peer pressure with an iron fist. A No means a No. It is not cool to harm your internal organs.It is going to be an amazing ride. Be proud of SVNIT. I had some friends who were always crying and lamenting about the negatives. Don't be one of them. You worked hard and got SVNIT. Cherish all the moments.
