IIIT Surat campus has shifted to its own campus at Kholvad. Earlier, IIIT Surat operated on the campus of the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. IIIT Surat has its own campus at Kholvad Surat. Earlier, IIIT Surat campus was in the premises of the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology campus. IIIT Surat campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
