Now if you see location then BG has an advantage over others because of the good connectivity to Jharkhand and Delhi. Also, Bg is a place of national importance when it comes to tourism.
Now if we consider Infrastructure Sambalpur is better as of now but Bg is planning to inaugurate it's new campus soon. Now when we come to ROI then BG is a clear winner because of the lesser fees in 2020. So if I had to choose I would go for BG but these views change from person to person
