IIM Jammu offers PGP/ MBA as the flagship programme. It is a two-year full-time, residential programme, at the end of which students are awarded an MBA degree. The institute offers professional skills to the students. MBA students can learn strong conceptual fundamentals and several skills that are required to manage a business. MBA students can work as Business Analysts, Network Managers, Project Managers, Financial Analysts, Investment Banker, and others. The objectives of the MBA programme are:
