The cut-off list will be out once the 12th results are declared. Most probably by June-July. If your percentage matches with the cut-off percentage then you may apply for the course.

85% marks in English was the eligibility criteria to be able to fill the form, for the General Category for BMC. If you score less than that in English, there isn't much that you can do as it is the basic eligibility criteria.
