Review of Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi.
Placements: For all the batches, the rate of succession in the placement is 60-68 percent. The active positions, like editing, journals, other content strategies, and digital marketing, are looking into recruiting students from the M.A. in English literature with a good package. The top package offered is 8.9 LPA if students are really potential in the M.A. in English course.
Faculty: Professors calmly deal with everything in their left and right hands. They have a supreme power of commanding and expecting. They provide special training, like communication and interpersonal skills, every single day to enhance our soft skills and personal skills. It's a college for women's education that has shown women's empowerment and strength.

B.A. (Hons.) in Hindi - Batch of 2025

It is one of the best colleges on the campus.
Placements: A total of 42 students are enrolled. There are placements for the Hindi course with a package of 6 LPA. If seen, there are a lot of internship opportunities in the first and second years of college. There is a placement cell in the college, from where we can approach opportunities and join good companies or some startups with a lot of new job profiles.
Infrastructure: There are facilities for everything in the college, like a cafeteria, sports grounds, library, badminton court, volleyball court, and swimming pool facilities. The college has a very spread-out infrastructure. There is a big sports ground. The cafeteria is very good, and its menu is very good with healthy food. Medical facilities in the college are good. Separate medical camps are organised 2 to 3 times yearly. Wi-Fi connections are also very good.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. There are many faculty members who are very good. There are some faculty members who become difficult, but if we approach them properly, then they also become good. The course curriculum is very relevant, which gives us real-time experience and exposure. Semester exams are not bad at all. They are very easy. There are semester exams, where if we have studied, then we can pass them well. It is totally based on our studies and how much time we are devoting to them.
Other: I chose this course because I like it, but many people do not like it these days. It would be better if there were more placements in the future. The college organises a yearly event called Shruti. Along with it, many workshops and seminars are organised department-wise every month. There are many societies in the college in which we can enroll.

Overall, I am pleased with my college.
Placements: Not good placements since its not a North campus College and does not rank much in the NIRF rankings. Have not heard of top companies coming for campus placements. There is a placement cell, JET and they conduct great workshops as far as I know. Around 3 to 4 LPA on average.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, however classes in old buildings can use some work. Great library, Wi-Fi works most of the time in the newer building. The hostel is not as great as I have heard. Sports facilities are not that great. Some washrooms do not even have light and are dirty.
Faculty: Most teachers teach well, at least for my department. They are helpful and understanding. Semester exams are the same for every college in DU so the difficulty is the same for everyone. The course curriculum depends, it can be outdated for some roles.
Other: I will like to see more relevant, active societies, better events, and better washrooms.

B.A(Human Development and Family Empowerment, Psychology) - Batch of 2028

3.0Placements5.0Infrastructure4.0Faculty5.0Crowd & Campus Life3.0Value for Money
I'm satisfied. Good facility, faculty, crowd, and education.
Placements: There is a placement committee of IPCW itself called JEET, which helps with its seminar regularly. However, being a first-year student, I haven't heard of anyone getting good internship opportunities in my course from this college. Moreover, in psychology, everyone is completing their course only, and there are no specific internship opportunities for psychology students on IP as far as I have seen.
Infrastructure: IP is known for its infrastructure and greenery. Wi-Fi connection is not good at all, but the canteen area is clean, and the food is good (canteen, Amul, and Nescafé). The hostel's infrastructure is too good as well, including the variety of food. A large ground and gym for fitness is available.
Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful and qualified. Genuinely, IP is good for psychology students in my opinion. The course is good for a child psychologist and various fields in psychology. Exams don't seem difficult as professors and seniors are always available for help.
Other: IP has a dead society, it's true to some extent. They are actually active, people came to know very late about any event conducted by a particular society, and even the selection of some societies is left over because of not getting the information on time. There are some exceptions, like Abhivyakti (dramatic society), NSS, NCC, and the Western dance society, which are active. Moreover, the campus is good, and the crowd is fantastic. People are helpful, sweet, and kind. Seniors are always available. Events are conducted but very late, and most of them get postponed and cancelled.

Strong academics great campuses life and supportive faculty experience.
Placements: B.Com Hons at Indraprastha College for Women around 60 to 70 percent of students are placed. Top recruiters include Deloitte KPMG EY PwC and Wipro. Major roles offered are Audit Associate Analyst and Finance Executive. The highest package is 8LPA the lowest package offered is 3LPA and average package offered is 4.5LPA. 75 percent of students secured internships in reputed firms like EY Deloitte and start ups through campus driven.
Infrastructure: The B.Com Hons department at Indraprastha College for Women has spacious smart classrooms Wi-Fi enabled campus a well equipped library with digital access and computer labs for research and projects. The hostel is clean safe and well maintained with good Wi-Fi hygienic mess food and a friendly environment. Medical facilities are available on campus and college provides excellent sports facilities including a gym and grounds for various games.
Faculty: The faculty of the B.Com Hons course at Indraprastha College for Women is highly qualified supportive and knowledgeable with excellent teaching methods mainly I have seen in young professors. The curriculum is well structured regularly updated and aligned with industry needs helping students build strong analytical and professional skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with consistent study. The pass percentage remains above 90 percent for most batches.
Other: I chose B.Com Hons it offers a strong foundation in finance accounting and business management opening diverse career options. The best part of the course is its practical approach supportive faculty and exposure to corporate skills through seminars and projects. There are more industry oriented workshops and placement drives. The college has a vibrant campus with a cultural fest and a diverse crowd. Connectivity is convenient and facilities like scholarships and extracurricular opportunities make the experience enriching.

Amazing from my perspective, hardworking faculty, good and green environment, helping people.
Placements: I love my course; 90 percent of students are placed. The top companies are Microsoft, Accenture, etc. 50 percent of students get an internship in my course. Content creation is an important course. It helps in writing content and even in communication; it helps a lot, and also in translation.
Infrastructure: The first starts with facilities like infrastructure, which is very good at my college and course. Wi-Fi is not working at all in classrooms, but in the lawn area, it's fine. The library is also good, and amazing books are provided there. I don't think the canteen is good. The taste of the food is not good, but in Nescafé and Amul, the nearby canteen is very good. The coffee is so refreshing. The medical room is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are so knowledgeable and hardworking. They always want to take an extra class, and they are helpful, but sometimes strict. Like, I am from English honours, so I don't think I am industry-ready, as it's so theoretical, not practical. Semester exams are difficult, but the pass percentage is 95 percent.
Other: I love English honors. Literature is my genre. The best thing is to read novels. I like to improve practically. Fest is normal, connectivity is also normal, and we have an activity period of three hours.
