With regards to declaring the results of Semester examinations: Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology (JVIT) declared the result within 30- 45 days of completion of examinations. Exam schedule: Odd semester- (November December) Even semester- (April- May). Result declaration timeline: The Nairobi Institute of Technology has opened for the following times; January-February odd semester, and June - July even semester. Students are informed through our website, notice board and VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University) website. To check results, students use their USN – Unique Student Number. Passing percentage: 80-90%. Revaluation and recounting options that can be availed within 10-15 days from the date of result declaration.

Candidates can join JVIT - Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology by applying online at the Institute's official website. You need to know the eligibility criteria for the course you are applying for. B.Tech:- Minimum 45% in 12th and qualifying in the entrance exam (KCET/COMEDK UGET). MBA:- Minimum 50% in graduation along with qualifying in entrance exam (KMAT/Karnataka PGCET). So in order to join this Institute, you need to first appear in the entrance exam, after that you need to fill the application form from the Institute's official website. If you qualify in the cutoff, you'll be provided admission after completion of all the formalities.

UG (B.E): 50% marks in 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry Mathematics) for the general category, 10% for SC/ST/OBC. Entrance exams: For KCET there is an 85% percentile while for COMEDK/JEE Main there is only a 15% percentile. Lateral entry: Diploma (50% aggregate). PG (M.Tech): 50% of the total marks in B.E/B.Tech An entrance test: GATE/PGCET. Document verification is also involved in setting and implementing eligibility criteria. Eligibility: Aggregate of 90% or more in 10+2 in sciences subjects PCB/PCM or 80% in B.E Scholarship amount: INR 25000- 120000 per annum to gifted students who fall into top 1-2% students KCET ranks 1-100 JEE main rank 99+ percentile.
