The basic eligibility for getting admission in NICMAR Pune is through their exam NCAT, which they conduct every year. The CAT score is not considered in this college. Thus, as an institution backed by a professional body, RICS SBE focuses on research that contributes to the development of India's built environment sector. RICS SBE also plays a crucial role in the Real Estate Regulation programme (RERA) and got several invitations to participate in programs related to the built environment. Therefore, this membership benefits come in handy when you work on international projects. On the other hand, NICMAR has signed an MOU with the American Society of Civil Engineers to promote mutual interest activities, including ASCE/NICMAR seminars. Through this MOU comes with benefits but not as many benefits as RICS SBE possesses. Hence, my go-to choice is only RICS SBE.
