For BTech Civil Engineering course, valid scores of JEE / MH CET / PERA / CUET UG / Other States CET will be deliberated as another for UG-NCAT. For candidates appearing in NCAT & another additional entrance exam (as mentioned above), the highest score between these exams will be considered to create the final merit list. The selection of candidates is done based on the merit list mentioned above. Admission offer letters are issued in the order of merit.
For BArch course- The candidates will be scrutinised and eligibility is established based on the documents submitted. Applicants should Qualify for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Paper 2 (NTA). Students are required to appear for a Counselling Session at NICMAR University, Pune.
