7 years ago I've got 82 marks in JEE Mains & am an SC candidate, can I get admission in LNMIIT. Which is the best option among LNMIIT and NIT-Goa?

Sorry bro! You cannot get LNMIIT as there is no reservation in LNMIIT. Your marks should be more than 110 to take admission here. For NIT Goa, you can go through this link to check your chances:
