Is there any scope for branch change from EEE to ECE or CSE in NIT-Goa after the first year ?

Doing Comparison like this is not possible, because it depends on many factors like about which branch you are asking, it depends on placements, type faculties you are asking there are many factors.

I think for doing ECE NIT-Goa is the institute to pursue. According to the previous year placement record 90 percent of students are placed with average package of around INR. 5-6 LPA.

In my opinion, DTU is better for mechanical engineering because DTU provides good/helpful mechanical faculty members, course curriculum, placements and infrastructure.
