National Institute of Technology Raipur conducts admission in several steps like application process, selection round, cutoff, merit list, and counselling. Candidates who are eligible to take admission at NIT Raipur can check the admission process steps below:
1- NIT Goa Application Process
Candidates seeking admission at NIT Goa are required to complete the application form for the course-specific entrance exam. After appearing for the respective entrance exams, candidates have to apply for the counselling process for the final seat allotment. However, candidates seeking admission to PhD courses can visit the official website of NIT Goa and apply for the programme directly.
2- Selection Rounds
NIT Goa shortlists candidates based on valid scores obtained by them in the relevant entrance exams. For its flagship BTech course, NIT Goa admits students with a valid JEE Main score. Admission to MTech is through GATE, followed by CCMT Counselling.
3- Release of Cutoff list, Counselling & Admission Confirmation
The respective counselling bodies release the cutoff for BTech, MTech and MSc courses. Whereas, for MBA admission, the institute releases direct merit lists after declaring the final results of all rounds. The shortlisted candidates are then required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats and complete the admission process of NIT Goa.

NIT Goa offers a four-year full-time BTech course at the undergraduate level. NIT Goa BTech admission is completely entrance-based and depends on candidates' performance in the JEE Main entrance exam, followed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling. The JoSAA counselling begins in September. There will be 6 rounds of seat allotment.
DASA is the abbreviation for Direct Admission of Students Abroad. Yes, candidates can get direct admission to BTech courses through DASA at NIT Goa but the seats allocated through DASA are only reserved for Foreign Nationals / Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) / Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), not for every student. However, for admission through DASA candidates are required to qualify for their basic eligibility criteria that state: Admissions are based on SAT scores, and candidates need a valid SAT subject test score in Mathematics Level 2, Physics, and Chemistry.
GATE CCMT R5 has been released for admission to the MTech courses. Candidates seeking admission to the NIT Goa MTech course must secure a rank between 476 and 476 for the General category students. Year-wise Round 5 cutoffs are given below for NIT Goa:

For the National Institute of Technology Goa BTech admission, candidates are required to pass Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology as an optional subject with a minimum aggregate of 75%. Apart from the minimum eligibility criteria, NIT Goa also considers the JEE Main score to admit students to its BTech course.
For NIT Goa M.Tech admission, candidates must have passed graduated from a recognised university with a Bachelor's in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ MSc or equivalent professional degrees (AMIE, etc.) with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale) and 55% aggregate for SC/ST/PWD. The National Institute of Technology Goa BTech fee is INR 5 lakh. The fee mentioned here is the total tuition fee taken from an unofficial source.
