Which branch and NIT can I get with an OBC rank of 5000? My choices are Rourkela, Warangal and Suratkal?

i have got 34668 in the OBC-NCL category in JEE Mains paper-2 (B.Arch/B.Planning), can I get admission?

You'll not get NITK with these marks. Nor any of the NIT. I would suggest you to go for other private colleges for B.Arch . Moreover, for government, there are least hope with colleges with home state quotas. Best of luck.

This is usually possible for private colleges. I haven't seen such cases as of now. I think, you will have to write JEE Mains and get into first year like anyone else.

If you are eligible to get a seat in Electronics and Communications, then I would suggest you take it over Electrical and Electronics in NITK. As EC is a better branch in terms of faculty and placements, then EEE in NITK.
