Board percentages may be helpful in your admission. ST cutoff will be lower than others. Your chances of mechanical looks almost 50-50 to me as your JEE scores may not be sufficient enough but your ST category may help. You can try for other c

You might be able to get admission under state quota. Since the cut off for your category is higher than the past two years, you might not be able to get higher branches like ECE,CSE,EEE and IT
