Regarding placements, Pioneer College of Arts and Science boasts a mixed reputation. Being equipped with a placement cell and possibilities of employability, the general placement percentage range is around 40-50%. Most students end up in IT, education, or business jobs, but the average salary packages are relatively low when compared to other institutions; it is roughly 2 to 4 LPA. Major recruiters include companies in the locality and some startups; however, more prominent firms do not visit the campus as frequently as they do for more established institutes. Thus, while there are opportunities there, perhaps they are not quite as strong as those at leading colleges.
