The College offers a full-time BTech programme in six different specialisations. The total seat intake of BTech programme is 660 students. The programme is offered under semester pattern, and candidates need to secure minimum credits to pass a particular semester. Majorily of seats are reserved for Civil and IT Engineering for BTech students for the year 2023. Apart from this, the seats are reserved from Mechanical and Electronics and Communication Engineering. As a whole, the seats are reserved for BTech full-time and for Lateral Entry.

The eligibility criteria for BTech Lateral Entry is a passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of applicants belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the first year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are drained.
