Poornima College of Engineering Highlights 2026
PCE, Jaipur is a private institution established in 2000 and is affiliated with RTU. The Institute is a part of PGC and is accredited by NBA. The student forum of PCE, namely the PCE IETE Student Forum is recognised as the most active ISF by IETE Rajasthan Center. PCE is an 'Autonomous' institution, approved by the RTU, AICTE, and the UGC. It is also known to be NAAC accredited with grade A+.
PCE is one of the remote study centres of IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Bombay. A total of 55 students from PCE have completed the certification under IIRS programme conducted by MHRD and ISRO, Dehradun. The Institute not only provides opportunities within the country but also globally in collaboration with the University of Illinois. One of the three cluster colleges created by Shanti Education Society is Poornima College of Engineering (PCE). Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) is associated with the college, which was founded in 2000. Admissions are available for both B.Tech. and M.Tech. programmes. The College offers a full-time BTech programme in six different specialisations. The total seat intake of BTech programme is 660 students. The programme is offered under semester pattern, and candidates need to secure minimum credits to pass a particular semester. BTech (CE) will cover the in-depth study of subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Geology and Hydrology, whereas, BTech (EE) course deals with the subjects related to Electrical Engineering. It includes Circuit Analysis, Electromagnetic Machines & Drive System, Power System, Control System, Power Electronics, Application etc. Admission to BTech programme is entrance-based. The final selection of students is based on the marks secured in JEE/REAP exams.

Poornima College of Engineering accepts the admission on the basis of a valid score in JEE main exam . To be eligible for final admission, candidates must have a minimum 45% in Class 12 with relevant subjects. The Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University. REAP counselling usually starts in June.

Poornima College of Engineering Scholarships 2026
There are no scholarships offered by the institute individually. However, students can apply for the scholarships offered by Poornima Group of Colleges. Every year, PGC spends approximately Rs 2.5 crore on scholarships. PGC offers a scholarship on merit basis. Candidates, who have secured well in the academic examination, can get up to 100% tuition fee waiver. Apart from this, PGC also offers scholarships to economically weak students to pursue higher education. Only 5% of the students in each branch will be awarded by these scholarships.

- Scholarship for candidates securing 70% to 79.99% or above in Class 12 or graduation, wil get 70%, 45% and 25% (best of 5)
