Within any organization, Corporate Secretary's duties include ensuring the integrity of the governance framework, being responsible for the efficient administration of a company, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors.
A Corporate Secretary's duties may include:
Implementing the decisions of the board of directors
Acting as adviser to the company directors
Handle company share transactions - issuing new shares, arranging dividend payments and observing all legal requirements
Liaising with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders on board governance issues
Attending and take minutes of directors and members meetings
Ensure compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities are met (e.g., stock exchange)

There will be a cut-off which will be decided by admission team on the day of results. Last time, the cut-off was 720/800 for general. Based on the overall percentage of results, admission team will set the cut-off. If you didn't have enough cut-off, you can try unaided B.Sc psychology where there is little high chances for less cut-off. But, the course and curriculum are same for aided and unaided. Just there will be changes in fees.

At PSG, there are three specialisations - HR, medical in psychiatry and community organisation but the admission process is same for all three. In first year the classes will be common and in second year students are allowed to choose any one among these three.
