I am not sure about it. First, check whether KTU have given a provision of getting transfer to another University in their rules and regulations. If yes, then also it is possible only, and if you have cleared all papers up to current semester.

Hello Arpit,It is very nice to know that you want to continue with your education and go for engineering graduation after completion of your Diploma by means of lateral entry. I think you are talking of PSG College and not PGS College of Engineering which is located in Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu. I am afraid there will be difficulty in getting admission in this college since the admission norms of all almost all the states restrict admission to the students who are to be domicile of that state and you are from Maharashtra. However there is one window of opportunity and it is admission via management quota, but for this you will have to approach the institute personally for knowing the procedure and the fees and the related issues about admission. Here is the eligibility criteria:
a. Pass with a recognized Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field and obtained at least 50% (45 % in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.
(i) BE/B.Tech/B.Arch
(or)(ii) B.Pharm(or)(iii) Master's Degree in the relevant branch of Science / Arts, which are prescribed.
b. (i) 10+2+AMIE(or)
(ii) 10+3 years diploma (awarded by the State Board of Technical Education) + AMIE.
