PSG College of Technology BTech Course: The PSG College of Technology BTech course incorporates a Choice-Based Credit System, which provides students with the opportunity to choose from various professional as well as open electives. The course consists of eight semesters, spread over four years. In the initial years, the PSG College of Technology syllabus focuses on the fundamental sciences as well as engineering basics. In the later years, the PSG College of Technology course becomes more focused on the departmental subjects, along with laboratory work.

Yes, non-native students can apply for BTech at PSG College of Technology, but some rules do apply. If you studied Class 8 -12 in Tamil Nadu, you are automatically eligible. If not, you must provide a Nativity Certificate or meet the criteria for children of Central or State Government employees serving in the state. Alternatively, a limited number of seats are available under the "Other State Quota" or through the management quota.

General Eligibility: To be eligible for a BTech course under the PSG College of Technology, a General Category candidate should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
Reserved Category Relaxation: Candidates from the BC, MBC, SC, or ST categories should have a minimum aggregate of 40% marks in PCM to be considered for BTech.

DOTE Tamil Nadu has released TNEA Round 4 Provisional Allotment results on TNEA's official website on Nov 3. Candidates who confirmed their tentative allotment with "I accept and confirm the current allotment" option, were able to log in and download the provisional allotment order and report to the respective college by Nov 10. However, the college will conduct one more round for admission to BTech course is via TNEA Counselling. 

PSG College of Technology accepts TANCET scores for MBA admissions. As per the latest cutoff information, the cutoff score for the MBA in Waste Management and Social Entrepreneurship in 2023 stood at 570. The score for the PSGCT MBA (general) course in the same year stood at 100. 

PSGCT accepts TANCET scores for MBA admissions. Anna University has not yet released the TANCET 2025 schedule. However, based on the previous exam session, Anna University is expected to conduct the TANCET 2025 exam in the last week of March 2025. In 2024, the aforementioned exam was held on Mar 9, 2024. Interested candidates can expect the schedule to be released in the late weeks of December or early weeks of January.
