Both of these are good colleges for engineering. So, you need to choose any one of these. I think you can go for Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering (autonomous) as they have a separate syllabus and not the Anna university syllabus.

It is a good institution to study owing to the achievements and the associations that it makes with industry and government contacts. However, since the culture in the south is slightly conservative and strict, the atmosphere of the college might treat students a bit harshly.
