I've provided enough details regarding cutoff to save you plenty of time looking around. Assuming you already know enough about the two exams, I'll just mention important bits to know the difference between the two exams better.
Number of applicants in COMEDK'18: 72,152 (against 20,000 seats, out of which 18733 are reserved for engineering)
Number of applicants in KCET'18: 1,98,639 (against 19942 seats, out of which 16942 are reserved for engineering)
Both exams are different in the following ways:
More competition in KCET, compared to COMEDK.
Tough COMEDK, easier to get a good rank, whereas the opposite is true for KCET.
COMEDK colleges more expensive than KCET (this is because COMEDK has more private affiliation) [53,460 (KCET seat) and 1,83,600 (COMEDK seat)]
Reservations for SC/ST/OBC high in KCET, more seats for GEN in COMEDK.
Outsiders not allowed to write KCET, whereas COMEDK is all-India EE.
Keeping the above points in mind, let's look at the cutoffs.

From the above tables, we can suppose that KCET which see a number of applicants higher than that of COMEDK, but yet latter has a similar cut off as KCET but for less number of candidates. A decent salary can be bagged in ECE both in RVCE and MSRIT as this branch has a good scope and placement track. But RVCE is more preferable as compared to MSRIT as there are several reasons -:
1. The number of companies visiting RVCE is more than MSRIT.
2. RVCE is older than MSRIT and the wine theory works here too.
3. Suppose during your engineering course you develop a desire to go for R&D then RV has the proper platform which can give wings to your passion.
4. There a number of technical clubs too for ECE which adds to your skills and helps you to go beyond your curriculum and achieve new peaks.

If your rank is in 3 digits it's best but for chemical engineering, civil engineering, industrial management engineering and biotechnology engineering there can be low ranks(5k,10k)

This is quite a broad question as there are 3 ways to get admission here and each has a different fee structure and so many branches.
1)KCET- for each branch the fees will be around 1 lakhs per year.
2)COMEDK- For each branch, the fees will be around 2 lakhs per year.
Now comes the Management quota which is different for different branches. The most popular branches are CSE, ISE, ECE and AERO.

Admission process in RVCE Bangalore
KCET- This is an entrance exam through which 45% of the seats are filled. For CSE branch you need to have a rank of around 300400.
COMEDK- Thorugh this exam 30% of the seats are filled up. For CSE branch again you need to have a rank of around 300400.
MANAGEMENT QUOTA- In this process, the fee structure is on a higher side. For the year 2020, they are charging 10 lakhs as per year fees for CSE branch and there is a one-time development charge of 10 lakhs. All these amounts have to be paid in DD in favour of their trust name which is RSST.
