It has a very good scope. Teaching is very average here at RV college of engineering. Placement opportunities are really good here. Average salary is around Rs.5 lpa.

Don't change stream.Always focus in stream not college. Opt for cse/Eve if u are technical aspirant and not civil if u hd no plans previously about it. College matters 30% in future but stream matters Your whole life job.

Apart from IITs and NITs other colleges provide lateral entry for diploma students.
RV college is also one of them which provide lateral entry to diploma students.
