It's very difficult. But I have heard that in 2012 or 2013 one guy had got biotech branch in RV college with a rank of 8k.

According to last year your rank might be between 3000 to 5500. You may get BMSCE or MSRIT and least chances of getting PESIT in the second round counseling. One more thing, your rank also depends on the toughness of the paper also.
