6 years ago I scored 64 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 and 70% in 12th CBSE. Can I get admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai?

Yes, you are eligible to apply for Sir J J College of Architecture with this score. However, you will get a seat only in the second or third round in this college.

6 years ago I've got 98.47 percentile in January session-JEE Mains Paper2, 150 in NATA and 93% in ISC Board examination. Will I get admission in SJJCA?

It's difficult for you to get admission in that college. So, I would suggest you apply to that and then apply for some other colleges as the backup plan.
