They will ask you in the form when you apply, but if you have already submitted the form then you should try contacting the SRM office to resolve this issue.

Yes, you can easily get admission in MBA without appearing in any entrance . In your UG course you just need to secure 50% of the minimum marks to get admission into MBA . Here are some colleges in which you can apply

Once you have cleared any of the MBA Entrance exams like MAT, TANCET, etc., you can apply for admission.
You will be given admission based on your merit score.

You have a high chance of getting into Anna University, But I would personally suggest you take a B-School like TSM, Madurai where you could get good ROI, Best resources for your career and placements.

The expected TANCET cutoff for MBA course in asked college is above 51 in your category. Hence, your chances are very less here.
