You can not go directly for Ph.D. Either you can go after Masters or can go for Masters+ Ph.D.

No, you can't go for Ph.D directly. You have to first complete your Master's degree, or you can do master's+ Ph.D programme. Good luck.

If any college in the place you are working is offering part time PG, you should go for it. Then you can register for Ph.D. Another great way of learning is expanding one's horizon. Here I would like to advise you that please download brochure cum application form of IGNOU. They have large number of courses in diverse fields. You can choose the one that fascinates you.
