5. Documents: The following certificates / documents have to be submitted along with duly filled Application form (Originals + 4 Photostat Copies): Transfer Certificate, HSC/Pre-Degree/ AISSCE/ ISCE/ CBSE /Intermediate or equivalent mark statement, Migration Certificate, Eligibility Certificate, and Community Certificate.

The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the M.Sc. in Medical Imaging Technology Radiography course at UCMS is that the applicant should be an Indian national who has passed three years, Bachelor Degree in Sciences - Medical Technology (Radiography) and Medicine from a recognised University.
