To be eligible for admission to VSSUT for Integrated B.Sc. + M.Sc. in Physics, candidates must have passed or appeared in the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the subjects from Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject/Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Geology/Statistics. They should have obtained at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in these subjects. There is no age limit for appearing in the VSSUT Entrance Test for admission into the 5-year Integrated M.Sc. courses in Physics.
