<p>No, candidates cannot apply for Marwadi University BTech courses in offline mode. This is because registration for the CUET and JEE entrance exams is mandatory for BTech admissions at Marwadi University. Registrations for the JEE and CUET entrance exams can only be completed in the manner prescribed in the announcement circular. The applications might be open to offline mode after the entrace exams.</p>
