Since General Surgery field is a highly demanded branch, so with this rank, it would be difficult to get good colleges even in stray vacancy round. With this rank, the student can expect few private or deemed to be universities, but they too demand little higher ranks and higher fees. The other option is NRI Quota or Management Quota. But then it would become too expensive to take admission in any college. So as per my knowledge, you can re-attempt for NEET PG next year.
