<p>Several IITs and NITs like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Hyderabad, NIT Surathkal and NIT Rourkela where you can find dedicated UG and PG programs in AI and ML or AI and Data Science which include Prompt Engineering knowledge as a part of the classroom coursework. But if you're asking about standalone courses in Prompt Engineering unfortunately none of the IITs or NITs offer the same at present.</p>
