Yes, Annamalai University does offer M.Sc in clinical psychology. It is an integrated B.Sc. + M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology course which is a regular full time course of 5 years duration. Basic eligibility to apply for this course is that candidate should have cleared class 12 exams in the science stream from a recognized board. Regards.

Doing M.Sc. From government college is very helpful form financing aspects also. In government college (like DU or JNU or IPU) the fees is low. However still if you find difficult to pay, you can get education loan with the minimal interest rates.
