Dear Ambika,
Self-study is the best teacher. You can prepare by yourself. You just need to get the syllabus of the respective Universities. Also you can prepare for JAM entrance exam of IIT.
I think you should focus one of them, you like the most and enjoy the most. I hope you will get the admission in your subject and you will do much better in that subject. If you like all three then you can go for all. But I think it is very difficult to focus on all at a time.

Probability Sampling, Sample Surveys, Linear Programming, Time Series analysis, Regression and Correlation are the main topics covered under M.Sc. In Statistics Entrance Exam. Sample Space, Events, Measures of central tendency, etc. are the topics covered in the test.
