Hi Prasad,
LLB and MBA are two very different career options that cannot be compared. It completely depends on what interests you more. I suggest you to speak to someone, who is a lawyer and is working or practicing right now and also speak to someone, who is an industry professional after MBA in finance. This way you will get a perspective because job scope is good in both courses, if you pursue from good colleges.

Eligibility criteria to seek admission in Ph.D degree in mathematics is minimum. B.Tech candidates from any engineering discipline are also eligible to seek admission in Ph.D.
You are not eligible for seeking admission in Ph.D in mathematics with B.Com or M.Com degrees. PG Diploma is not to M.Sc mathematics, therefore, after PG Diploma in mathematics, you will not be eligible for seeking admission in Ph.D.

There is no compulsion of doing B.Com when you are doing CA and that B.Com would not make any difference once you become a CA. However, I would still recommend doing B.Com so that you have something to fall back upon.
Secondly, there are two ways to enter into CA course:
1. Clear your CA-CPT/FOUNDATION after you give your XII exams
2. Do your graduation and then enrol as a direct entry student. In this case you will directly appear for CA-INTER.

There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
Another way of admission is internal tests or admission criteria of individual Management Institutes or Universities.

Hi Jan,
The concept of MBA is highly misunderstood here in India. Internationally, MBA programs are designed for individuals who have a minimum three years of experience and are meant for those who wish to take up senior level positions within an organization. If we may compare Indian MBA with international MS programs as these programs are meant for freshers. (Though a few universities overseas do offer Fresher MBA programs to lure Indian students). Therefore, being a fresher look for MS in Management programs internationally. Countries like Australia, NZ, France, UK (programs with internships) etc do offer stay back options to the st... Three years Bachelor degree from India is hardly accepted in US so there is another obstacle here. Why don't you consider doing MS MANAGEMENT.

Ankit, BBA launches you headfirst into a professional career after class 12; it’s much more skill specific than a B. Com. If you are very sure that your aptitude matches to the management study only, your only goal is to get into management career, then BBA would be the best choice for you.
If you’re good at crunching numbers or want anything to do in the fields of formal finance like CA, then a B.Com degree should be your clear first choice. Though you can pursue an MBA after B.Com, a managerial MBA is better backed up by a BBA background, especially if further supplemented by solid post-undergraduate work experience.
