Generally, the syllabus for M.Sc. Entrance exams is released by a college or university in advance on its official website. I suggest you to prepare each topic. Read all the news and articles related to M.Sc. Course. The syllabus for most of the M.Sc. Entrance exams includes the B.Sc. Course material only. Therefore, if you are thorough with the your B.Sc.
