The final AIR will be declared after April 2019, considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict for which all colleges you are eligible. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

With 205 marks in JEE M Paper - 2
And 96% in boards
The normalised score came out to be 225.96
Which gave a rank of 2625
Getting a score of 274 in JEE M Paper-2
And 96.6% marks gave normalised score of 272.80
And a rank of 117. Now the last year cut off rank in SPA Delhi is somewhere around 930, to get that rank a normalised score of 250 would have been enough. As from this year Boards marks won't be considered, this would lead to increment in raw JEE marks. As for my view, if you can clear JEE Main paper-1 with best score, you can definitely get admission in NIT's college.
