It's good to know that you had CS in 12th. Normally, in a good sized city, there are courses small or big conducted for students like you. Go to that Institute and join a course for Java or some language. Then you can do 2nd course also in another programming language.

Why do you want to take lateral entry admission in MCA after M.Sc CS. MCA and M.SC CS are equivalent degrees for higher studies and job.
