<p>Yes, a candidate can get admission in Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University, with 80% in graduation. Since, 80% is a good score they can apply for admission in their preferred course. However, for MBA and MCA they must appear for an online test followed by a personal interview round. But for MA course they can directly apply for admission at DDCE, Utkal University.&nbsp;</p>

Considering your score in B.Tech, I don't think it will be better idea to pursue higher studies in same field. If you have keen interest although, then you must pursue M.Tech if you are interested in technical side of things otherwise M.SC. if you are interested in research field.
