<p>Candidates have to visit the official website to download the NPAT admit card. SVKMs NMIMS also sends the NPAT hall ticket to the candidate via an email soon after they choose the exam date. Candidates are allowed to download the NPAT admit card until the exam date.</p>

If you have prepared well for JEE Advance then wait for it, if not then you will get good government colleges, in special case NIT as well as far as branch doesn't matter to you. My suggestion would be look for the branch you want to pursue, it's very important and then look for the best government.

You need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off criteria and take admission within three days of declaration of the list.
